NOTE: We are currently not providing individual, group or family therapy at this time.

Avalon does accept private insurance from providers that include CHA Health Network, PHCS, and Magellan Health.  We also accept Indiana Medicaid and Medicare.

For those individuals who are not covered by Medicaid or private insurance, Avalon does have a sliding fee scale that will accommodate most income levels.
